Andhra Pradesh is famous for its spicy cuisine, which includes both vegetarian andnon vegetarian items. In these two categories, there are two more varieties of old Andhra cuisine and Hyderabadi cuisine. Hyderabadi Cuisine has Mughlai taste, while Andhra cuisine is hot and spicy. The staple food of Andhra Pradesh is Rice and it is served with Sambar and lentil. The traditional Andhra cuisine is eaten on banana leaf by sitting on ground. Before having food, water is sprinkled around the banana leaf on which the food has been served. Amongst these some famous cuisine the dalcacies, light bite, pickles, chutney, biryani and the dessert are special liking of people.
